Kern County Immunization Coalition performs and collaborates under the direction of an executive board consisting of six members, who meet monthly to provide direction and guidance to committees and the general coalition membership.

  • Vice-Chair/Treasurer:  Cheryl Guillemet, Mercy Learning Center

  • Secretary:  Genoveva Worthy, MPH, Health Educator for Kern Family Health Care

  • Public Education Committee

  • Grants and Funding Committee
 

The Mission of the Kern County Immunization Coalition is to ensure all children and adolescents are appropriately immunized to reduce vaccine-preventable diseases, as well as to promote awareness of the importance of immunizations in adults.
